Eligibility:

  • You must be over 18 to enter.
  • You must be a UK resident to enter.
  • Employees of Noble Marine, their family members, or anyone professionally connected to the company are not eligible.

Entry Requirements:

  • All current direct customers of Noble Marine will automatically be entered.
  • If you are not a customer of Noble Marine, you can enter by posting your entry to Noble 'Win a Boat', Jubilee House, Long Bennington, NG23 5JR.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multi-boat customers will only be entered once.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Entry Period:

  • Entry opens on 22nd February 2025 and closes on 31st December 2025 at 23:59.
  • Any policy purchased after this period will not be included.

Prize Details:

  • The choice of boats available to win is restricted to ILCA, RS Tera, RS Feva, RS Aero, Topper, and Solo.
  • The winner may choose either a trailer or trolley as part of the prize.
  • The maximum prize value will not exceed £8,000.
  • Noble Marine will provide one year’s free insurance is included for this boat only.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Noble Marine will deliver the boat to a destination of the winner’s choice within UK mainland. Any additional delivery costs will be at the winner’s expense.
  • Delivery timescale will be dependent on the boat chosen and its availability from the retailer or manufacturer.

Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place by 31st January 2026, and the winner will be contacted by phone or email.
  • If the winner does not respond within 28 days of the first notification, a new winner may be selected.
  • Noble Marine will make a maximum of three attempts to contact the winner within 14 days of the draw date.

Publicity & Data Protection:

  • The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including the use of their name and image in promotional materials.
  • Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the free draw and in accordance with GDPR regulations.

General Conditions:

  • Noble Marine reserves the right to cancel or amend this free draw. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to entrants. Amendments will be limited to reasonable circumstances such as force majeure, fraud, or unforeseen events.
  • Any attempt to manipulate this free draw will result in disqualification.
  • This free draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
