About the RS Class Association
Working for ALL RS sailors
- Sets the rules to give great one-design and handicap racing – enhancing resale value.

Who is your Class Association?
- It is run by volunteer sailors with back-up by part time professional administrators
- The sailors make the plans and decisions - without having to do all the leg work
Membership Categories
- Full - Available to anyone sailing in an International Association RS fleet*. Offers full access to major championships and voting rights, plus eligibility for member benefits including sail deals and sponsor discounts.
- Family - Open to full family (2 adults and children under the age of 20 living at the same address). The names of all sailing family members and children's dates of birth will be required. Offers full access to major championships and voting rights for adults, plus eligibility for member benefits including sail deals and sponsor discounts.
- Youth - Available to sailors aged 22 or under on 1st Jan. Offers full access to major championships and voting rights, plus eligibility for member benefits including sail deals and sponsor discounts.
- Club - Offers eligibility to member benefits including sail deals and sponsor discounts, but not access to major championships or voting rights.
- Crew/Supporter - Available to any crew or supporter of the RS Association. Offers eligibility to member benefits including sail deals and sponsor discounts, but not access to major championships or voting rights.

- The cost is tiny compared to your benefits, working out at just £3.75 per month for Full Membership, £3 per month for Club Membership or £2.08 per month for Youth or crew/supporter Membership.
- By taking out International Class Association membership for one class, you will have reciprocal membership to the RS100, RS200, RS300, RS400, RS600, RS700, RS800, RS Vareo International and International RS500 Class Associations.

12.5% Multi Boat discount if you insure all your boats on a single policy. You can insure all your water craft under a single policy Multiboat Insurance policy. If your boats' renewal dates are spread throughout the year you can start with one boat and then add the others as they fall due, you will receive your discount on the overall policy premium as soon as you add the second and subsequent boats.
If you have a mixture of boats and other craft types you can add those too saving even more money - anything from a surfboard to a racing yacht can be insured in one place.

Overseas Use & Competition
Noble Marine Insurance is delighted that over the years we have supported competitors at all levels including Olympians. Inevitably this includes competing overseas where requirements vary, particularly for liability cover.
We can usually accommodate these requests, just call us to discuss your requirements and we will help you through the process.
- Increased liability cover (for property damage or injury to third parties) available for:-
- Australia, up to AUS $10m
- Italy €6,070,000
- USA Liability cover (for property damage or injury to third parties) for up to $500,000
- Liability Certificates available in Spanish, Italian and Greek
