Slippery Bottoms
Slippery Bottoms is a small company started by Christopher Tuckett. A keen dinghy racer competing nationally and across Europe, specialising in the repair and restoration of small dinghies and performance keelboats from Norfolk Punts, through Wayfarers and Yeomans, onto International Canoes, and all GRP RS classes. Facilities include 1500sq ft workshop close to Norwich and Broadland in Acle, which can repair wood and fibreglass and the fabrication of specialised carbon parts. SlipperyBottoms can repair damage due to wear and tear, winter restoration/maintenance, and damage from unfortunate racing incidents. SlipperyBottoms can also perform performance upgrades such as adding lightness and stiffness to your hull, improving on manufacturers standard set up and tuning your boat for better performance.
