Whether you live aboard or use your narrowboat at the weekend our narrowboat insurance can be tailored to your needs.
We have been providing narrowboat and canal boat insurance for over 20 years and we can provide cover for all types of canal boats including wide beams and dutch barges and we understand the particular needs and requirements of these types of craft.
In addition we offer cover for all types of pleasure craft so if you also have a canoe, kayak, paddle board or any other type of watercraft we can cover that for you too. Our policy allows for multiple craft to be insured together and you will receive a 12.5% discount where more than one boat is insured.
If you need to make a claim our in house team have years of experience and will be able to find the right repair solution for you. Finding a suitable repairer is particularly important and we will help guide you through the whole process, our aim is to get you back on the water as quickly as possible with the minimum of fuss.
*Beat your renewal guarantee
We guarantee to beat your renewal quote from your existing insurer by at least 20% subject to the following terms and conditions:
- If our initial quote is not 20% less than your current insurers renewal we will require a copy of their renewal quote
- Your policy start date with Noble must not be more than 14 days after the expiry of your current policy
- Only existing Comprehensive policies
- No more than 1 claim in the last 3 years
- No boats manufactured by Springer
- Boats up to 30 years old only
- Minimum premium £100 plus insurance premium tax
- Personal and pleasure use only
- Your quotation request being otherwise acceptable to Noble
- Offer available until 31/12/2024
