Typically a pre-purchase condition survey identifies the boat and then detail the conditions of the hull (inside and out) including osmosis checks, deck, keel, stern gear, steering equipment, spars, rig, deck fittings, sea-cocks and other skin fittings, anodes, windows, hatches, fuel systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, gas systems and engines. In addition to this, certain other areas can be reviewed at your request.
