With a history spanning over 130 years, the AYC offers its members a warm welcome in comfortable, traditional surroundings, with some of the most spectacular views of the Thames Estuary.
The cliff-top location of the clubhouse opposite the jetty is the ideal place to relax with friends for a drink after a hard day's work. the jetty and slipway are available for members to enjoy some fun out on the water.
The Alexandra Yacht Club offers a varied sailing programme including:
- social sailing
- competitive dinghy racing
- Nore Race
- fun sail & ray days
inter-club activities
- trips organised to sailing events
The club also has mooring and jetty facilities, changing rooms & safe storage.
